1 egg white, beaten with pinch of salt, until foamy until stiff
1 lb. pecan halves, mixed in egg white until completely coated
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix coated pecans and sugars together. Turn out on greased (or pam) cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 250 degrees. Stir often.
