DEVILED DRUMSTICKS 
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
4-5 med. size turkey drumsticks
1/3 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 med. size onion
1 lemon slice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, chili powder, salt and pepper in family size 14x20 brown-in-bag and place in 2 inch deep roasting pan.

Dredge drumsticks in seasoned flour leaving remaining flour in bag.

Combine catsup, brown sugar, butter, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pour over drumsticks. Arrange onion slices and lemon slices on top of drumsticks. Close bag with twist-tie and make 6 slits in top (1/2 inch each). Cook 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until tester tender. 6-8 servings.

Thank you for this fantastic recipe. It is a keeper. I did change up the way it was prepared. I used only 1 lg. turkey leg - placed in slow cooker until done - then shredded meat. I prepared sauce - cooked until sauce heated through and onion was about 1/2 done... then added the shredded turkey to the sauce - and heated the combo completely Poured over rice. Was excellent. This ends up being a "sweet & sour" recipe - which I love. Thanks again.
