LEMON MELTAWAYS 
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon rind

Cream together and chill 1 hour. Shape into balls and press down with fingers. Bake at 350 degrees until set but not brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.

FROST WITH:

2 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine.
