PORK CHOP-POTATO FRY 
4 pork chops
3 med. potatoes
1 lg. onion
Salt, pepper, paprika (to your taste)
2 tbsp. oil

Brown chops quickly in oil, then on top of browned chops, slice potatoes, 1/4 inch thick. Slice onion thin on top of potatoes. Season to taste. Cover pan with lid and simmer 30 minutes or until desired doneness.
