BAKED ONIONS WITH MEAT STUFFING 
Large onions
Pork sausage or seasoned
Ground beef

Halve and parboil large onions 20 minutes in salt water. When onions are done enough to remove the center portion, do so and chop the removed portion very fine. Mix with meat. Stuff onions with the mixture and place in a buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until meat is done.
