2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
Dash salt
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. warm water
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. vanilla

In first bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa and salt.

In second bowl, mix together Miracle Whip and warm water. Then add soda and vanilla and mix again (I use a wire whisk). Mix together the first two bowls. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased 9x13 inch pan.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

Beat until smooth (2-3 minutes) :

3 c. powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. butter
