BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 to 6 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, fully cooked
1 pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Ritz crackers

Combine chicken, broccoli and soup. Pour into casserole dish. Slice cheese and completely cover chicken mixture with sliced cheese. Garnish with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
