CHEDDAR AND POP 
4 qts. popped popcorn
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Pour popcorn into a large roasting pan. Melt butter and add salts and cheese. Add cheese mixture to popcorn 1/4 at a time, tossing well after each addition. Place coated popcorn in 300 degree oven for 5-10 minutes to melt cheese. Stir gently once or twice.
