LEMON CRUNCH FLAN | |
3/4 c. butter 1/2 c. + 1 tbsp. whipping cream Finely grated rind of 1 lemon 6 oz. graham crackers, crushed 1 can condensed milk 6 tbsp. lemon juice Melt the butter and stir into the crushed graham crackers in a bowl. Mix well and use to line an 8 inch pie plate. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Lightly whip the cream and stir in the condensed milk, lemon rind and juice. Beat until thoroughly blended. Pour into the prepared cracker crust and chill in the refrigerator until set. If desired decorate with additional crushed crackers. |
