GUACAMOLE DIP 
1/2 c. skinned ripe tomato, finely cubed (my guests get the skins on)
2 avocados (1 c.) mashed with a potato masher
1 tbsp. dry onion flakes
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash garlic powder
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Drop or two of Tabasco
1/3 c. mayonnaise (Best Foods)

Mix all but mayonnaise, spread it on top of mix, covering it and let stand in refrigerator. Stir mayonnaise into mix when ready to serve.
