CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 lb. shaved ham
1/3 lb. Swiss cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
Tarragon to taste

Pound chicken breasts out flat. Layer cheese and ham on chicken and roll up; secure with toothpick. Dip in butter. Roll in bread crumbs, place on cookie sheet or baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
