SAUSAGE CACCIATORE 
Hot Italian sausage
1 green pepper
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Spaghetti (all you can eat)
Marinara Sauce (your own or jar)

Remove 1/2 pound hot Italian sausage from casing; crumble into a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned, about 10 minutes. Add 1 green pepper, diced, and 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced. Cook 5 minutes more. Stir in marinara sauce and bring to a boil. Toss with spaghetti.
