SEAFOOD PIE 
1 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled & deveined (may use crabmeat)
3 slices bread
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 egg
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Prepare shrimp. May substitute canned crabmeat (2 small cans). Toast bread. Soak bread in milk until soft. Melt butter, I melt this in the dish I prepare casserole in (square pyrex dish). Mix mustard with beaten egg. Combine all ingredients together. Pour into pyrex baking dish - square. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with salad for a quick meal.
