YANKEE TACOS 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (1 lb.) can pork and beans
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. ketchup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion in skillet; drain. Add beans, salt, pepper, and ketchup; heat thoroughly. Add shredded cheddar cheese. Fill warm hot dog bun with mixture.

Top with grated cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce. Serve with chips and cheese dip. Serves 6 hungry children or a family of 6.
