1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend 2 minutes in blender. Pour into a 9" to 10" pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until center is firm.
