CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1 stick butter (oleo) softened
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 c. baking cocoa
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
Powder sugar
Cream butter and sugar; beat in vanilla, eggs, cocoa, oil, baking powder,
and salt. Add flour alternately with milk. Chill at least 3 hours. Roll
teaspoonfuls into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on greased or
non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes. Cool slightly
on sheet before removing.

(I use Pam and wash sheets every other use. This cuts down on baked on mess. Also put dough in freezer between batches.
