BROCCOLI - CORN CASSEROLE 
10 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
1 lb. creamed corn
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
2 slices bacon, chopped

1. Stir the broccoli, corn, 1/4 cup of the bread crumbs, egg and onion together.

2. Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir in the remaining 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Spread on top of broccoli mixture.

3. Place the bacon on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Crumble the bacon over the top of the casserole.

4. Microwave on high for 6 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
