EGG CASSEROLE 
7 slices bread (any type)
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. salt
6-8 eggs
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3 c. milk
1 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled

For a little more zip I use 4 ounces Cheddar and 4 ounces Velveeta Mexican cheese or Mexican Cheez Whiz.

Cut or break bread into pieces. Mix with cheese and bacon. Spread in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat eggs and milk together. Add salt and mustard. Pour over bread. Mix and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
