LIN'S SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 cans crabmeat (6 oz.)
1 lb. fresh shrimp, boiled
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cream
Fresh ground pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. cooked rice
White wine to taste, optional

Mix first 7 ingredients. In separate bowl mix next 7 ingredients. Combine 2 mixtures and place in 2 quart buttered casserole. Sprinkle with fresh bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serves 8.
