PEARCE TUNA SALAD SPECIAL 
1 lg. can sweet peas, mashed well
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1/8 bell pepper, chopped fine
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 tbsp. Miracle Whip
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Drain the water from the peas and mash them well into a large bowl. Empty both cans of tuna and oil into the bowl and mash together. Then add celery and bell pepper. Then add relish, eggs, mustard, Miracle Whip, salt and pepper. Mix well. Garnish or serve with crackers, bread, or whatever you desire. It tastes great! Will serve 30 to 35 people.
