BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
3 sticks butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple
1 lg. & 1 sm. container Cool Whip
4 bananas
Walnuts
Cherries

Melt 1 stick of butter and stir in 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 5 minutes. Beat 2 sticks butter, eggs and confectioners' sugar for 10 minutes (custard).

Spread custard mixture over crust (it is quite thick). Layer 1: Slice 4 bananas over custard. Layer 2: Drain 2 cans of crushed pineapple and spread over bananas. Layer 3: Layer Cool Whip over pineapple. Layer 4: Layer walnuts over Cool Whip, then add cherries. Cake should be left in freezer overnight.
