PINEAPPLE PIZZA 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 to 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix biscuit dough and roll to about 1/4 inch thick. Place on baking sheet and spread with melted butter. Sprinkle half of sugar on dough, then spread well drained pineapple on top. Mix rest of sugar, nuts, and cinnamon and sprinkle over pineapple. Bake for 15 minutes. About 6 servings.
