KRISPY CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts (or thighs or legs)
2 c. Rice Krispies (crushed)
1/2 c. Miracle Whip (or low fat yogurt)
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Use seasonings to taste. Crush Rice Krispies with rolling pin on wax paper. Mix salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder with Miracle Whip. Wash and pat dry chicken, then spread on Miracle Whip with pastry brush then roll in Krispies.

Place foil on cookie sheet and lay chicken on it. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
