5 MINUTE OYSTERS GOURMET
IMPROMPTU
 
1 stick butter
1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
2 pts. raw oysters
1/2 tsp. Tabasco

Melt butter. Saute onions and parsley until limp. Add oysters straight from the jar. If too watery, pour off some liquid. Add seasoning when oysters curl slightly. Add bread crumbs. Lift with fork. Place in chafing dish for cocktails, lunch or dinner. Serves 6-8 for lunch, 12 for cocktails. Time 5 minutes. Absolutely delicious!
