5 strips bacon
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. sliced green onion
1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced

Fry bacon. Drain on paper towels. Crumble and set aside. Stir sugar, seasonings, and vinegar into drippings. Bring to a boil. Stir in celery and onion. Pour hot dressing over lettuce pieces and toss to coat. Top with egg slices and bacon pieces.
