SUCCOTASH 
4 slices bacon
6 med. potatoes, peeled and diced
1 green pepper, diced
Sm. onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped (optional)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
3/4 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Pepper

Cook bacon until browned, drain and crumble. Cook in drippings, over medium heat, potatoes, onion and green pepper. Add rest of ingredient and heat on high to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes until it thickens. Sprinkle with bacon. 10 servings.
