PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round or sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
1/3 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. water
1 med. bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 sm. onion, chopped
Mushrooms (opt.)

Brown steak, pepper and onion. Add soup, soy sauce and water. Simmer until meat is tender. Add more water as needed for desired consistency. Serve over rice.
