CHICKEN ON THE GRILL | |
3 pounds chicken, cut up. Mix 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Rub on the chicken. Cover and grill chicken; bone side down. 5-6 inches from medium coals. 15-30 minutes. Turn chicken. Cover and turn chicken. Brush with butter. Cook until done 20-40 minutes longer. |
