LEMON CAKE II 
1 Duncan Hines regular lemon cake mix
1 sm. instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
4 eggs

Beat altogether and place in a greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until done. While warm, prick the cake with a fork and put the following icing on top.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. apricot nectar
2 tbsp. melted butter

Beat and pour over cake while warm.
