BAKED SPAGHETTI 
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, not drained
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (28 oz.) jar Prego or Ragu spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning spice
Dash of salt and pepper
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese, grated

Brown hamburger and drain off all fat. Saute onions and bell pepper with meat, breaking hamburger up into tiny pieces. Add sauce, mushrooms, and spices. Cook for 20-30 minutes on low to blend flavors. Add sauce to spaghetti and stir. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish; sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This is a good recipe for church socials, or covered dish dinners because it stays warm a long time.
