LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE | |
1/4 lb. sliced bacon (crisp) 1/2 c. sliced onions 1 c. diced carrots 3 c. cooked lima beans 1 can tomato soup 1 c. water Fry and drain bacon. Crumble loosely. Combine all ingredients and place in casserole. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Variations: Canned carrots, frozen onion rings or try left over ham in place of bacon. This is easy and quickly becomes a family favorite. |
