PARTY FONDUE 
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. light cream
8 sugar substitutes
4 tbsp. sugar free maple syrup
1/4 c. coconut
Pecans or walnuts, crushed
Fresh fruit

Melt together on low heat or fondue pot peanut butter, cream, sugar, and syrup, stirring constantly until mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat and keep warm. Make a platter of fresh fruit with slices of apple, peaches, pears, bananas, strawberries, and nectarines. Place coconut and nuts on pretty plates and dip your fruit in the fondue then roll in coconut or nuts.
