CHEESY HAM AND BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 c. cooked cut up ham
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ham, cheese, broccoli and soup in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir remaining ingredients until dough forms; drop by spoonfuls evenly over broccoli mixture. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Yield: 4 servings.
