LIGHT 'N FRUTTY SALAD 
2 (3 oz. each) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/3 c. boiling water
4 c. ice cubes
7 c. Cool Whip
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, about 16 sq.
1/4 c. melted butter

Pour gelatin into bowl and add boiling water, stirring constantly about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Using a wire whip blend in Cool Whip with gelatin mixture until smooth. In separate bowl mix melted butter with graham cracker crumbs. Use 1/3 of this mixture for bottom of serving bowl, then add 1/2 of Jello, another 1/3 of crumbs and the last of the Jello. Top with Cool Whip, if desired and the last of the graham cracker crumbs.
