CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
4 chicken breasts, boiled & deboned 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 boxes Stove Top cornbread stuffing 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 stick butter 1/2 soup can water Cut cooked chicken into bite size pieces. Place in bottom of large casserole dish. Cook Stove Top stuffing according to directions on box, using the chicken broth from chicken. Heat soups, water and mayonnaise in saucepan and pour over chicken in casserole. Spread stuffing over all. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
