BREADED MEAT 
Rump or bottom round roast (2-3 lbs.), slightly freeze and slice very thin
2 c. bread crumbs, unseasoned
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dried parsley
1/4 c. dried sweet basil
1 tbsp. garlic salt or 2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion salt
Flour for dredging
1 egg
1 c. milk
