POPPY SEED CHICKEN | |
4 or 5 chicken breasts, skinned and boned 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) sour cream (non-fat) 1 c. Ritz Bits crackers 2 tbsp. butter Poppy seed Boil chicken breasts until tender. Let cool. Shred chicken in a 9x13 casserole dish. Mix chicken soup and sour cream; pour over and mix into shredded chicken. Melt butter and crushed Ritz Bits crackers; spread over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Delicious served over cooked noodles or rice. |
