CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 chicken breasts, skinless and boned (4 pieces)
1 (28-32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (I use Classico mushroom and olive)
4 Mozzarella cheese slices
Onion slice (optional)
Red and green pepper slices (optional)

Wash chicken and cut into halves. Pour small amount of spaghetti sauce in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place chicken over sauce then pour rest of the sauce over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Remove and place a slice of Mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken part. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted - about 10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with spaghetti and extra spaghetti sauce. Optional items may be used here.
