MUSHROOM SAUCE FOR LONDON BROIL 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. warm brandy
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 can button mushrooms

Combine butter, parsley, sherry and mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Heat until bubbly. Add brandy and light match. Add ketchup and mushrooms. Stir well.
