BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
1 c. chocolate cookie wafers, crushed
2 tbsp. butter (butter), softened
2 tbsp. finely chopped walnuts
3 to 4 bananas, thinly sliced
12 oz. jar fudge ice cream topping
1 pt. strawberry ice cream, softened
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 pt. chocolate ice cream, softened
Whipped cream
Chopped walnuts
Maraschino cherries

In bowl, combine wafers, butter and 2 tablespoons nuts; mix well. Press into bottom of 9 1/2 inch spring form pan. Freeze 15 minutes. Spread strawberry ice cream over crust. Freeze until slightly firm.

Cover with 1/2 of sliced bananas. Pour fudge topping over bananas; freeze until slightly firm. Spread vanilla ice cream over fudge. Cover with remaining bananas; freeze until slightly firm. Cover banana layer with chocolate ice cream. Freeze at least 4 hours. To serve: Let stand out for 15 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream, walnuts and cherries. 12 servings.
