ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. double action baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter
1 to 3 tbsp. grated orange peel
2/3 c. orange juice
1 egg, beaten slightly
Pan-Coat

Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in butter until like coarse corn meal. Mix together orange peel, juice and egg. Add to dry ingredients; stir only enough to blend. Pour in 9 x 5 x 2 3/4 inch loaf pan coated with Pan-Coat. Let stand 30 minutes. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes.
