1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. orange juice (substitute 1 tsp. lemon juice)
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. pecans (opt.)
1/2 c. coconut (pot.)

Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, orange juice; mix well. Add marshmallows and Cool Whip. Can add pecans and coconut.
