MEXICAN SALAD 
1 head lettuce
2 med. tomatoes
1 med. onion
2 ripe avocados
2 c. grated cheese (loosely packed)
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 sm. bag taco chips
1 lb. hamburger
Western dressing

1. Brown hamburger and drain grease.

2. Drain kidney beans

3. Chop tomatoes, onion, avocados, lettuce

4. Grate cheese

5. Crush taco chips in bag.

6. Combine ingredients and serve while fresh.

7. Each use western dressing to taste.

8. Serves 6-8 people.
