MOM'S TACO SALAD 
1-2 lb. ground beef
1 can drained kidney beans
1 head lettuce
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) crushed tortilla chips

Brown ground beef. Drain grease and let cool. Add to above ingredients.

FOR DRESSING:

1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Western dressing
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Mix and pour over salad. Makes large bowl and keeps several days.
