BLUEBERRY SUPREME COFFEE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter

Sift together first 3 ingredients; set aside. Cream sugar, vanilla and butter. Beat eggs and sour cream; add to creamed mixture and mix thoroughly. Add dry ingredients and mix; add milk.

Spread half of mixture in 11 x 15 inch pan; cover with layer of fresh or frozen blueberries. Spread remaining mixture over top. Mix sugar, flour and 3 tablespoons butter; sprinkle over top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
