BLACK MIDNIGHT COCOA CAKE 
2 c. Wesson oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. cocoa
2 c. hot water
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Dissolve cocoa in water. Sift other ingredients mixing alternately with cocoa mixture. Use large pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
