1 tsp. grated or minced onion 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated 1 or 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 16 oz. cream cheese 1 sm. bleu cheese, grated (freeze & grate more easily) 1 c. pecan pieces Paprika Grate cheese and allow to come to room temperature. Combine all ingredients except pecans and paprika. Work together until well blended (best to use hands) and then form into ball or log. Roll ball or log in paprika and then in nuts. NOTE: This is best when made two or three days in advance and refrigerated until ready to use. This recipe will keep for indefinitely, if refrigerated. |
