PEACH POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
3 c. fresh peaches
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

ICING:

6 tsp. mashed peaches
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix all things as you come to them. Grease and flour lightly a bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool for 10 minutes. Then put on plate and let it cool.

Mix icing, then pour on cake.
