CHILI WITH CORN DUMPLINGS | |
2 (24 oz.) cans chili con carne with beans 1 c. water 1 pkg. corn muffin mix 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese In large skillet, heat chili and water to boiling, stirring occasionally. Prepare muffin mix as directed on package except decrease milk to 1/2 cup and stir in cheese. Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling chili. Cook, uncovered over low heat 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer. 6 servings. |
