CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
3 to 4 green onions, diced
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 pkg. Ramen Brand Chinese Noodles - chicken flavor
2/3 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 can Swanson White Chicken, drained

(Break the noodles into inch lengths - do not cook).

Combine cabbage, onions, sesame seeds and noodles in large bowl. Brown almonds in butter and sugar over medium heat until nicely brown. Watch closely or they will burn. Add almonds to mixture and drained chicken.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 pkg. Ramen chicken flavor packet

Combine ingredients for dressing in container with lid and shake to combine. Pour dressing over salad 20 minutes before serving time for best results.
